
Trini Doubles (Sweet or Spicy)
A common street food from the islands of Trinidad and Tobago. It consist of two fried dough called “Bara” , Curry chana(aka chickpeas or garbanzo beans). You can choose between sweet and spicy. Spicy comes topped with peppersauce and spicy mango, cucumber, tamarind, Kuchela, and coconut chutneys. Sweet comes topped with mango sweet sauce. Vegan.
